• Do you have standard sizes?

Yes, we offer a range of standard sizes - 1000 x 1000mm, 1250 x 1000mm, 1500 x 1000mm & 2000 x 1000mm.

• Can you make custom-sized boards?

Absolutely! We offer custom sizes up to 2700 mm in length and 1500 mm in width.

• What is the availability of your products?

Standard sizes in standard white are usually in stock for immediate purchase. Custom sizes typically take 3 - 4 weeks, depending on our production schedule.

• Can I add a logo or design to the whiteboards?

Yes! We offer customisation. Simply send your print-ready artwork to sales@glassfitti.com. Once payment is received, we’ll send you a print proof for approval before we start production.

• Do you have a showroom?

We don’t have a physical showroom, but you can explore our products online via our website and social media.

• Do you provide samples?

Let us know what you need, and we’ll see if we can help!

• What are your standard colors?

Our standard colour is White - other colours are available on request. Please note that we do not offer custom colour matching.

• Does each board include a Glassfitti logo?

Our Glassfitti logo is located at the bottom-right corner of each board and is approx. 5.5mm high and 50mm long - in black ink.

• How can I order a Glassfitti whiteboard?

Simply email us at sales@glassfitti.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and card payments over the phone or through a secure payment link we can send you. If you have an approved account with us, you can send us a purchase order (PO).

 

INSTALLATION & MOUNTING

• How are the boards installed?

Our boards use a bracket-and-magnet system, ensuring a sleek, floating effect. Installation guidelines are available in our catalogue.

• Are the fixings visible?

No, our system is designed for a seamless look with no visible fixings.

• Are the boards flush with the wall?

No, they sit approximately 15mm from the wall, creating a floating effect.

• Do the whiteboards come with wall fixings?

The boards come with a mounting kit - you will need to provide your own fixing screws.

• Can I install the board myself?

Absolutely — installation is straightforward and can be done by any competent, handy person.

 

ACCESSORIES

• Can I use any magnet on the board?

Not all magnets will work. Magnets need to be extra strong type.

• Do you sell accessories?

Yes! We offer markers, strong magnets, and magnetic wipers. 

• Are Accessories included with Glassfitti Whiteboards?

No, Glassfitti Accessories are sold separately.
